Hi.

The other day, I found a very cute socks store in Seoul.

Usually, I'm not the type of girl who wears socks; however, there were so many unique & original socks there that I ended up purchasing 4 different types.

Socks can add "cuteness" and "uniqueness" to an outfit.

If worn the right way, it can be very fashionable plus trendy.

I'm planning to wear them with my white converse sneakers and maybe an A-line skirt.

agh! can't wait till spring :)

This is an outfit I wore the other day when I went exploring around Seoul.

I kept the outfit very simple & comfortable.

I love how high turtled neck tops can make the outfit look very classic....♡

This day, I went to an area called "pucchon,"where there are many traditional and artistic buildings.

As I already mentioned in my previous post, I am now in Seoul.

One of the worldwide leading cities in fashion & beauty.

There are so many cute and unique fashion items here in such a low price that I can't resist myself from over purchasing. (just an excuse.... haha)

On top of that, everyone here is so chic and stylish!!

I can get A LOT of inspiration just by walking in the city.

Here are some of my favorite items I picked out so far.

I am trying to add more unique fashion items that can highlight my personal style to my closet.

I am currently in Seoul:)

I will be staying here for about 2 weeks.

As most of you might already guess...,

I am loosing no time in embarking on shopping. haha

I already shopped several items, so I'll be introducing some of my favorite items in the near future posts!

But for today, I would like to share some of my new fashion obsessions.

They are.....

GOLD ACCESSORIES!!!

I am especially in love with the dainty looking ones.

They add elegance, femininity, and sometimes even spice to an outfit.

Just like lemons add in some meals. haha

Although it is anomalistically freezing cold and snowing today here in the Tokyo area, spring is right around the corner♡

Most clothing stores have started to switch their winter items into spring versions.

So today, I would like to briefly write about the upcoming 2014 spring & summer trends in Japan.

I will talk about 4 things: color, style, print, and make up.

*color*

BLUE!!

of course, all pastel colors will be in trend especially during the spring time like every year; however, 

this year, there will surely be a lot more BLUE items than before.

navy, pastel blue, royal blue..... blue will be a spotlight color this year!

*style*

RELAXED & EFFORTLESS STYLE!!　（effortless chic）

There will be a lot more casual and laid back style this year.

Therefore, a lot more see through materials and loose silhouettes will be in stores!

*print*

BOTANICAL PRINT!!

botanical printed piece of clothing can be a great pop in the effortless look:)

*make up*

Same as the trend in "style" this year, effortless make up look will be very popular.

little make up around the eyes with light eyeshadow colors and thin eye liners,

but bright and bold colors in the lip will be especially trendy.

Of course, there a lot more trends this 2014 S/S, and these are only the ones I personally found outstanding.

 I strongly feel that simply wearing the trendy items is not interesting at all.

Mixing the trends into your own style and creating originality is the fun & interesting part about fashion♡

Today, I have another movie recommendation.

It is a movie called "Clueless."

                              

                     Not only do I like the fast-tempo and funny story of this movie,

but also I love all the fashions the characters wear. 

Mini-skirts, units, checkered, and so on.....the style is mainly inspired from the 80's.

The clothes are all so pretty, and I got a lot of inspirations.

....And can I just say that the main character, Alicia Silverstone in real life, is ridiculously adorable!?

She has both "cuteness" and "sexiness," which everyone wants in their lives. haha

This is an outfit I wore the other day to Starbucks to get done with all my assignments from college.]

Although it is difficult to tell from the picture, this high-waisted short is a beautiful dark green color. 

(planning to buy a high quality camera very very soon!! so pumped!!)

I love the shape of this high-waisted short so much that I got it in another color red too.

high-waisted bottoms are just so great to make the illusion of having longer legs♡
